1. Purpose
In order to strengthen the management of the exhaust gas emission of the unit, ensure that the exhaust gas emission meets the standard, and ensure the safety of the workers, this management system is formulated according to the relevant laws and regulations, combined with the actual situation of the unit.
2. Responsibilities
2.1 The Ministry of Safety and Environment is the supervision and management department of exhaust gas emission, responsible for the supervision and assessment of exhaust gas pollutant emission.
2.2 The workshop is responsible for exhaust gas operation. Be responsible for the start and stop of waste gas treatment facilities, ensure good and orderly operation, and report for troubleshooting in time.
2.3 The equipment department is the exhaust gas equipment maintenance and repair department
3. Job Content
3.1 The waste gas treatment facilities should run stably and synchronously with the main production facilities, and meet the operation control targets. It is not allowed to idle or stop the waste gas treatment facilities without authorization.
3.2 Establish discharge outlet archives, register the basic information of exhaust emission, including: discharge outlet height, inside diameter, discharge temperature under normal operating conditions, discharge, name and concentration of major pollutants, etc.
3.3 Improve the operation, maintenance and repair records of waste gas treatment facilities.
3.4 All departments should increase the environmental protection education to the staff and workers, and adopt the leadership accountability system, in the production process in the event of environmental pollution accidents, first to investigate the leadership responsibility, and then investigate the department and individual fault.
3.5 Where an accident or other exigential event has caused or may cause an air pollution accident that endangers human health, emergency plans shall be immediately activated to control the development of the situation.
