1. Purpose
In order to prevent hazardous waste from affecting the environment and protect human health, this system is formulated in accordance with the Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Waste, the National Hazardous Waste List and the actual situation of the company.
2. Scope of Application
This system is used for the generation, collection, storage, transfer and other activities of hazardous waste in the company's area.
3. Definition
The hazardous waste referred to in this system refers to the waste that is listed in the state list of hazardous waste or identified as having hazardous characteristics according to the identification standards and methods for hazardous waste prescribed by the State.
4. Management of Hazardous Waste
4.1 Hazardous Waste Storage Room Management
4.1.1 According to the requirements of relevant laws and regulations, the hazardous waste discharged during the production process must be sent to the hazardous waste temporary storage room. And by the special person to manage the hazardous waste in, out of the storage management ledger.
4.1.2 No other items should be placed in the hazardous waste temporary storage room, and relevant fire fighting equipment and hazardous waste labeling should be provided.
4.1.3 Keep the hazardous waste temporary storage room clean, and the hazardous waste shall be piled up in a neat and orderly manner.
4.1.4 The indiscriminate disposal of hazardous waste in undesignated areas is not permitted.
4.2 Temporary Storage Management Of Hazardous Waste
4.2.1 When hazardous waste is generated, it shall be collected by the production line and transported to the designated area for storage. When storing, it shall notify the hazardous waste management personnel for confirmation and then go through temporary storage procedures.
4.2.2 During storage, hazardous waste management personnel must confirm the category and quantity, and supervise the storage by classification.
4.2.3 The storage amount of hazardous waste shall be reported to the Ministry of Safety and Environment for transfer and treatment. After confirming the variety and quantity further, fill in the relevant transfer form.
4.2.4 The sales department shall contact the outsourcing units qualified to dispose of the hazardous waste signed in advance and hand it over.
4.2.5 When assigning hazardous waste for disposal, the person in charge of safety and environmental protection must apply to the general manager in charge for the transfer of hazardous waste in accordance with the procedures for the transfer of hazardous waste. After receiving the approval, the unit in charge of the disposal shall be notified to dispose of the hazardous waste in accordance with the hazardous waste disposal agreement and go through the procedures for discharging the hazardous waste.
