Sewage Treatment Management
1. Purpose
Establish sewage treatment management norms, and good sewage treatment management rules.
2. Responsibilities
Each production workshop, QC laboratory, R & D department: strictly in accordance with the procedures for the discharge of sewage.
EHS department: supervise production workshop and R&D department to discharge sewage according to this management procedure.
3. Scope of Application
This regulation applies to the management of company sewage.

5. Contents
5.1 Source of sewage: the company's sewage sources include the wastewater produced in the production process, the production process containers, pipes and plant facilities washing water, wastewater produced by R & D department, WASTEWATER produced by QC laboratory, wastewater generated by public engineering system, domestic sewage.
5.2 Treatment
5.2.1 Sewage Treatment
Workshop waste water: After high concentration waste water is collected in the workshop, before discharge, workshop personnel should inform the analysts to take samples. The laboratory indicators are within the range of sewage treatment load, and the waste water station analyst should inform workshop personnel to drain the water. It is strictly prohibited to drain water without testing. Once found, the party concerned will be fined 200 yuan. Workshop personnel should inform the sewage station of the name and volume of the drainage, whether it contains toxic or harmful substances, and whether there is any abnormality. After the laboratory records, both parties should sign on the sewage handover record.
Low-concentration waste water is used for workshop life and cleaning. It is strictly prohibited to wash the materials on the ground with water pipes directly, and it is strictly prohibited to pour the waste water from cleaning tonnage bucket into the sewage well. Once found, the party concerned will be fined 200 yuan. If there is any leakage in the workshop, it should be handled and collected in time. If the waste liquid is discharged into the sewage well without proper prevention, it should be reported to the EHS department and sewage station in the first time. The accident liability shall be carried out according to the EHS reward and punishment system.
Sewage generated by R & D department: the waste liquid will be collected and delivered to the sewage treatment station regularly.
QC laboratory sewage: after the waste liquid is collected, it will be delivered to the sewage treatment station regularly. Drug treatment should be in accordance with the company's "Laboratory Drug Management procedures".
Domestic and other sewage: are discharged into sewage Wells, after treatment discharge.
5.3 Clean sludge tank according to company maintenance plan.
5.4 Automatic monitoring and manual monitoring shall be carried out according to the requirements of pollutant discharge permit.
5.5 Training
5.5.1 Training Department: EHS Department.
5.5.2 Positions to be trained: EHS department, production department, R&D department, quality department, engineering department.
